Pacific Energy approached Sapper Management team to find and acquire a US natural gas asset and secure LNG contract to Asia.

The Sapper Team built a fit for purpose plan based on Pacific Energy's desires and investment criteria, then came on board to implement the plan. Through Sapper's proven model, capabilities and networks the team build, evaluated and prioritized a hopper of opportunities, secured the associated LNG agreements and brought in investment capital from potential non-op partners
